Welcome to Bangers Hair Club. By accessing or using our website, signing up as a retailer, or purchasing products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services & Eligibility

Bangers Hair Club offers luxury temporary hair extensions and professional beauty products available exclusively to verified professionals. We also offer limited salon services to existing clients. By signing up or purchasing through our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Salon services are available to existing clients only, booked through our booking platform, GlossGenius. We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us within the time frame stated on our booking platform. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Payments

Payment is required at the time of sign-up or purchase. All transactions are processed securely through Squarespace's built-in payment system. Bangers Hair Club does not store credit card information.

4. Products for Professionals

Select products, including Bangers Hair Club extensions, are available exclusively to licensed professionals and certified SliceStrands artists. By signing up through our Members Area, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Unauthorized sign-ups or purchases may be canceled or refunded at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and images, is the property of Bangers Hair Club and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bangers Hair Club is not liable for any damages or injury resulting from the use or misuse of our website, services, or products. We provide all services and products "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
